I am Dr Anna Baker, a Health Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. My key goal is to provide you with the right kind of psychological support and counselling for your needs.
I tailored my support to your needs in dealing with emotional issues that come alongside physical health problems. This support enables you to take control and focus on what is important to you, with the right skills and techniques.
Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques, I work collaboratively with you to look at your issues and experiences, and how these influence where you are now and where you want to be. I am empathetic, compassionate, and respectful in finding ways to help you achieve your goals.
