About me

My values

I’m passionate about helping people improve both their emotional and physical wellbeing, because the two are so often connected. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, menopause, persistent pain or a long‑term condition, I aim help you develop clear useful, everyday tools that helps life feel more manageable.

I also offer Consultancy & Training Services for organisations wanting to strengthen wellbeing and psychological understanding in the workplace.

How I work?

I offer evidence‑based approaches — including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness — to help you understand what’s getting in the way and what might support meaningful change.

My style is collaborative and straightforward. Together, we explore patterns, clarify what matters to you, and build skills that support your emotional and physical health over the long term.

My experience

I am an HCPC Registered Practitioner Health Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting people with both emotional and physical health challenges. I work collaboratively to help you clarify your priorities and find practical, meaningful ways forward.

I’ve worked across the NHS, private practice and the charity sector, bringing an integrated approach that considers both mind and body. I support people to build confidence in managing thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and to move toward steadier, long‑term wellbeing.
